At Just Move Fitness Studio, our classes are designed to do exactly that—get you moving. With options ranging from energizing strength training and Pilates to restorative yoga, every class is approachable, inclusive, and adaptable for all levels. Here, movement isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, community, and feeling good in your body.

Just Pulse | Barre

A workout that blends the precision of Pilates, the grace of ballet, and the strength of weight training. It’s designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body through small, controlled movements that deliver big results.

Just Align | Pilates

A core-centered workout that strengthens, lengthens, and restores balance to your body. Performed entirely on the mat, focusing on controlled, intentional movement.

Just Flow | Vinyasa

A mindful, all-levels class that blends grounding movements with just the right amount of Vinyasa flow and ending with slower movements and a restful savasana, giving space for the benefits of your practice to fully sink in.

Just Restore | Restorative Yoga

A calming class combines a short guided meditation, breathwork, and slow, intentional movement to create space for both mobility and deep rest. With a focus on gentle stretches and restorative postures, you’ll give your body exactly what it needs.

Just Power | Power Flow

An energizing, strength-based yoga class that builds heat, tones muscles, and challenges your body through flowing movement.

Just Strong | Bootcamp

A high-energy, bootcamp-style class that blends strength, cardio, and conditioning for a total-body challenge that never gets boring. Every workout is different — one day it’s circuits, the next it’s HIIT, Tabata, or full-body lifting — keeping your body guessing and your mind fully engaged.

Just Lift | Weight Training

A powerful, rhythm-based strength training class designed to help you build strength and confidence. You’ll move to the beat while performing foundational exercises like squats, lunges, bench presses, rows, and deadlifts, transforming classic weight training into a fun, music-driven experience.

Just Step | Step Aerobics

A fun, high-energy cardio workout that builds strength, coordination, and endurance — all to the beat of the music. Using a raised platform (the “step”), you’ll move through a series of choreographed combinations designed to challenge your body and engage your mind.

Just Groove | Zumba

A dance-based cardio workout that feels more like a party than a class. You’ll move, shake, and sweat to your favourite songs and upbeat global rhythms, blending Latin, pop, and world-inspired music into easy-to-follow choreography that keeps your heart pumping and your energy high.

MEET SARAH AND

Just Move Fitness Studio

Hi, I’m Sarah Shuttleworth, owner and lead instructor of Just Move Fitness Studio. I’ve been teaching group fitness for nearly 10 years, leading everything from weight training, step aerobics, and TRX, to Zumba, barre, active aging prog-rams, and so much more. I believe fitness should be approachable, uplifting, and—most importantly—fun.

Our mantra is simple:
Start anywhere. Anytime. Just move.

It doesn’t matter where you’ve been, what your past looks like, or what you think exercise “should” be. All that matters is that you move. Movement is how we begin, how we keep going, and how we grow stronger—physically and mentally.

When a workout feels tough? Just move.
When life gets heavy? Just move.
When you’re not sure where to start? Just move

That’s the heart of this studio. That’s the heart of what we do.

But Just Move is about more than just me. My passion lies in supporting other instructors—elevating, encouraging, and equipping them so they can thrive. Instructors deserve to be valued and compensated for the energy, time, and creativity they pour into their classes. When instructors feel supported, they can give their best to their participants, and that lifts up the entire community.

That’s the vision behind Just Move Fitness Studio: a collective of independent group fitness instructors working together toward one common goal—bringing fitness excellence to Tilbury.
